1200cc Victory Octane Finally Revealed. Victory Motorcycles has finally pulled the cover off the 1200cc liquid-cooled V-twin bike it has effectively been teasing for almost a year. The new Octane is a 104hp power cruiser that will serve as the most affordable model in Victory's lineup.
I've been investigating the tire options on the Octane and I swear Victory picked the front size just to make it difficult or to make you lean towards buying their private label Kenda. Staying with the stock sizes the only viable options are the Michelin Commander II and the Pirelli Night Dragon, both bias ply tires.

Based on the Project 156 racer that competed at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, Octane´s 1200cc V-twin uses 4-valve heads, dual overhead cams and liquid cooling to make 104hp. Geared for acceleration, Octane™ ran a quarter mile in 12 seconds and hit 60 mph in under 4 seconds.
